Zarnyxys respects intellectual-property rights and responds to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Submitting a notice
To help us review a claim, email support@zarnyxys.com with the subject line “Copyright Notice” and include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
- The exact URL of the material on Zarnyxys;
- Your name and contact information;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We may remove or restrict access to material while reviewing a complete notice and may contact the contributor or rights holder for additional information.
Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, contact the same email address with the affected URL, an explanation, your contact information, and any statements required by applicable law. Because copyright rules vary by jurisdiction, consider seeking independent legal advice before submitting a formal notice.
Do not submit knowingly false or misleading claims.
